Stored in the UKYour diary lives on secure servers in London. Every entry is locked so that only your account can read it.

Photos stay on your phoneProgress and profile photos are never uploaded to us.

Switch on Face ID or your passcode in Settings › Account, and the app asks for it every time it opens.

Download everything

Settings › Download my data gives you a file with everything you've logged, to keep or take elsewhere.

Delete in seconds

Settings › Account › Delete my account removes your account and your whole diary. How it works

How we keep it safe

Who can see my diary?

Only you. Our database is set up so each account can only read its own entries. Only Brightmore Group's director can access our systems, and only to keep the service running.

Is my data encrypted?

Yes, while it travels between your phone and our servers, and while it's stored. Our weekly backups are encrypted too, and deleted after 90 days.

Do you use my data to train AI or for research?

No. Your health information is used only to run your diary.

Which companies help run Track GLP?

A small number of trusted providers, such as our database host in London and our email provider. None of them can use your information for their own purposes. The full list is in our privacy policy.

What happens when I delete my account?

Your account and diary are deleted from our live systems straight away. Encrypted backups roll off within 90 days.
