Track Plus is bought in the app through your Apple ID. The monthly and yearly plans start with a 1-week free trial, then renew automatically at the price shown unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial or period ends. We email you 2 days before your free week ends. Cancel any time in your iPhone's Settings › your name › Subscriptions. Prices include VAT.

Billing questions
Will I be charged after the free week?
Yes, unless you cancel. When the free week ends, your chosen plan starts and Apple charges your Apple ID. Cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the free week to avoid being charged. We email you 2 days before it ends as a reminder.
How do I cancel?
On your iPhone: Settings › your name › Subscriptions › Track GLP › Cancel Subscription. You keep Track Plus until the end of the period you've paid for. Step-by-step help.
What does Lifetime mean?
One payment of £99.99 unlocks Track Plus for as long as we provide Track GLP. There's no free trial on Lifetime.
Can I get a refund?
Apple handles all payments, so refunds are requested from Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
What happens to my diary if I stop Track Plus?
Nothing is deleted. You keep everything you've logged and all the free features. The Track Plus extras simply lock again.
